03 / Thoughtful By Design

People matter.
So does their information.

Accreditation needs clarity, care and control.

StagePass already supports restricted accounts, encrypted sensitive records and reviewed retention tools. The next release is extending privacy notices, individual rights workflows and separation between venues.

Privacy is a shared responsibility. Your venue’s lawful bases, notices, retention decisions and contracts need to fit your own operations. Commercial availability follows testing and review of the new release.

04 / A Plan For Your Venue

Practical software.
Predictable pricing.

£32.50/month equivalent. £390 billed annually.

  • Company & Self-Service Registration
  • Branded Passes & QR Check-In
  • Venue Crew & Company Management
  • Live Attendance & Evacuation Roll Call

Prefer To Host It Yourself?

A Perpetual Software Licence

Proposed one-off pricing: StagePass £1,995 · Venue Suite £2,995. Use your licensed version at one venue indefinitely, with 12 months of updates and standard support included. Your hosting remains separate.

Optional updates and support after year one: £199/year or £299/year respectively. This is not lifetime cloud hosting or a promise of unlimited future support.

05 / Before The First Curtain

A few good questions.

Clear expectations from the start.

Can We Subscribe Today?

Not yet. StagePass is in use at its initial venue. The commercial release, venue onboarding and subscription service are being prepared. This page introduces the product and proposed pricing; it does not take payments or create accounts.

Is BookingHub A Separate App?

Yes. BookingHub has its own workspace for bookings and documents. The Venue Suite combines it with StagePass so relevant booking and company information can support your accreditation workflow.

Does StagePass Track Lateness?

No. Attendance focuses on whether someone has arrived and whether they are currently recorded in the building. It is not a lateness-scoring or payroll system.

Does It Guarantee GDPR Compliance?

No software can determine every legal obligation for your venue. Privacy controls support your processes; lawful bases, notices, retention periods, contracts and operational practices still require appropriate review.

What Does “Perpetual Licence” Mean?

The proposed licence permits continued use of the licensed software version for one venue. Hosting is your responsibility. Updates and support beyond the included first year are optional paid services, subject to agreed terms.

What About Venue Groups?

Ask about your requirements. Independent venue accounts and access separation are in development. Group pricing and rollout support will be agreed individually after the architecture is tested.
